What is technology due diligence?
Technology due diligence is an independent assessment of a target company's technology, software, security, suppliers and technology organisation before an investment or acquisition, to find risks and costs that affect the deal.
How long does a technology due diligence take?
A red-flag review can be done in one to two weeks; a full technology and cyber due diligence typically takes two to four weeks, depending on the size of the target and access to information.
Do you also support after the deal closes?
Yes. Clateway can provide interim leadership in portfolio companies, a 100-day plan and exit readiness work after closing.
