What are OKRs (objectives and key results)?

Also known as: OKRs, Objectives and key results

OKR (objectives and key results) is a goal-setting method in which an objective describes what you want to achieve and two to five measurable key results describe how you will know you achieved it.

In technology organisations OKRs connect the strategy to the work of squads and projects; progress on key results is reviewed regularly, often quarterly.
